Travell Myofascial Trigger Point Treatment
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy, also known as " Trigger Point Therapy ", refers to the treatment of myofascial trigger points (MTrP) or 'trigger points' (TrP) that are found in muscles and fascia.

Joint Mobilization
Joint mobilization is a skilled manual therapy technique aimed at improving joint range of motion and reducing pain.

Nerve Mobilization
Nerve mobilization treatment is performed by applying light pressure directly on a compressed nerve to move it through the nerve sheath, using techniques called “flossing” and “gliding.” These techniques help locate the source of the pain, and restore the balance of the nervous system.

Strain/Counterstrain
It uses passive body positioning of hypertonic (spasmed) muscles and dysfunctional joints toward positions of comfort or tissue ease that compress or shorten the offending muscle.

Stretching
