• Patients First: In this day of age of technology it appears to me that patients have become lost in the numbers. It is important that physical therapists take time to listen to their patients. Our job is to rehabilitate and heal the patient to a functional level. • Myofascial Trigger Point and Treatment: Trigger Point Therapy is a manual therapeutic treatment technique applied directly to a hypersensitive, hardened nodule within the muscle. It is not just pushing on a knot or a painful spot, it is a six step process that depends on exacting palpation skills of the therapist. These skills require expert training.
